Delivery Shift
A downloadable game for Windows
"Deliver the package. Don't die trying. (You'll die anyway.)"
You are UNIT-7, a low-fidelity delivery bot in the employ of STARPOST Delivery Service, working the night shift at Voyager-1, a sprawling orbital space hotel where luxury meets the void.
Your mission is simple: pick up cargo at the STARPOST hub and deliver it to customers' doors before your battery dies. Because you're built cheap and powered weak, there's a small catch — when your battery runs out, you explode. No second chances. When you go boom, the next bot in the queue gets sent for the same job, and the cycle continues until delivery is complete.
The hotel is vast, multi-leveled, and full of obstacles. Sometimes you're too slow for the job. Sometimes the terrain is impossible. Sometimes you just don't have the right tools. That's why you'll need to scavenge and equip upgrade modules along the way:
| Module | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Special Tire Module | Drive on high-friction tracks to move faster on specific routes |
| Propeller Module | Fly to high-ground delivery points you can't reach by walking |
Gameplay feature
- Permadeath with Persistence: Each bot is expendable. When you explode, a new bot continues your mission.
- Battery Management: Constantly monitor your weak power supply.
- Modular Upgrades: Find, equip, and combine modules to overcome obstacles and unlock faster routes.
